Well, first, you must get the Orbs for each Dialga and Palkia in mount cornet. After that. go to selestic town and talk to Cynthia's grandmother. you go to the cave where there is Dialga and palkia in each side in selestic town. Talk to the ruins in the far back.(there is a chance you might see Cynthia. Now go back to mount cornet to the sphere pillars. You will see a blue cloud. It is the way to Dialga. after you defeat him or caught him, go back into th cave and back again. this time you will see a violate cloud. Then follow them through the snow and into spear pillar. Beat the first pair of Galactic people and fully heal all your pokemon. Then battle Mars and Jupiter with help from your rival. Beat Cyrus and use your master ball to catch Dialga or Palkia. If you don't want to use your master ball, you may need to level your Pokemon to level 50-100. P.S. You should get at least 2 Pokemon to level 40 or higher. P.S. Dialga is steel/dragon. Based off of those types, you can choose which types you want to use. Don't forget to save before you fight Dialga/Palkia!

You throw pokeballs at them. Note that Dialga and Palkia have significantly higher capture rates than normal legendary pokemon and are therefore caught much more easily. It is not recommended to use a Master Ball on them because of this, that would be a waste. In fact it's not uncommon to be able to catch them straight away in a Quick Ball. If this fails, an Ultra Ball will do for Dialga after weakening it a little. For Palkia an Ultra Ball will be fine but a Net Ball has a higher chance due to its Water type.
