The fuel pump in a 1995 Chrysler LHS is in the fuel tank. There is an access panel under the carpet in the trunk.
It is in the fuel tank. To reach it you need to emty the trunk and pull up the liner; there is a "hatch" that can be unfastened to access the top of the fuel tank where the fuel pump and fuel level sensor are connected.
There is an access door in the trunk for the fuel pump. You can change it from there.
