The short answer for this is, "how much do you want to spend?" Anything is possible with a car, but it just depends on how much you want to pay for it. Changing a transmission will require, at the least, the new transmission, shifter linkage and shifter, pedal cluster, and transmission computer. It might also require a new ECU. Your best bet is to sell your car and buy one with the transmission you like.
the ONLY v6 tt I know is 3.2 not sure they can be 2000, but they are all AT (double cluch)
