Apparently not. For unemployment, you have to be ready, willing, and able to go to work immediately and at a full time job. You are apparently still employed, but sick for a week. If you qualified for workers compensation, your first week is not paid (and you are out for only a week) plus it has to be job injury related, which you did not indicate that.
