According to the Employment Development Department, you are only eligible for unemployment if you are unemployed "through no fault of your own." Being on strike is considered a "fault of your own" in most cases even if you personally voted against the strike.
However, you should file for unemployment benefits - or contact the unemployment agency - anyway as they will review each case individually. There is no downside to filing unemployment (do know that they will notify your employer) and the worst that can happen is that they will say "no"!
