At times it does take longer to finish a degree. You can continue to receive funds as long as you show academic progress. There are standards you should be aware of, and I would suggest you speak to a Financial Aid Counselor at the school you attend for detailed information.

You receive one degree. Your transcript will indicate your major and minor. You do not receive another degree for a minor.
In order to become a PET scan technician, you will need to have a college degree in nuclear medicine technology. While an associate's degree may be enough, it is best to continue your education until you receive your bachelor's degree.
