Well, as you know, tissue is not meant to be eaten...When you eat anything that is not food it is bad for you. One of the things people who have this problem say are that its not hurting anyone or that they have been doing it for a long time and nothing has happened to them, but truthfully its like playing Russian roulette with your life. The tissue builds up into your intestines and can rupture your abdomen which can be fatal very, very quickly causing you to bleed internally and you can die instantly. As a medical researcher I can tell you that....that your putting your body at high risk. Basically to break it down...your insides can explode.
If you are eating tissue you must stop and stop quickly because there is not really any warning of this happening before it does. Even if you eat little bits of it, it can catch up to you in the time you least expect it to. If you can't stop then you should switch to wipes and see a therapist on the low. Then drink a lot of water and take a substance called Miralax. You put it in your drink and you can find it anywhere...it is a laxative and softens your stool. If you have been doing it for years all I can tell you is to try this method and pray to God that nothing explodes in your body! Hopefully this is a wake-up call and good luck to all of you with this problem.
