Yes, although it will lose some freeze protection and cleaning ability
Most washer fluids consist water mixed with antifreeze and cleaning agents. Some manufactures include a dye to make their product stand out on shelves like the orange Rain-X jugs.
When dilute acids and metals are mixed you will get Hydrogen gas and salts
Sounds like there is a leak in the lines. It is likely before the nozzle that does not spray, and just after the one that trickles. Check the lines by having someone activate the washers while you look at the lines under the hood. No guarantee, but you may see where it is leaking. Pay particular attention to any connections. The car being so new, it may still be under warranty if so, take it back to the dealer. If that doesn't work they could also be clogged. If you have ever filled the washer reservoir with water instead of washer fluid this could be it. If you decide this is the case be careful what cleaning products you use. Washer fluid has ammonia in it, which shouldn't be mixed with bleach products.

Nothing, Cu is not oxidised by dilute HCl
Lift the hood and pull off the small plastic pipes that feed the nozzles through the bonnet to the spray heads. Place an old coffee jar or something big enough to hold the offending transmission under the small plastic tubes. Get someone to turn on the window washers and pump all the fluid into the coffee jar. Fill the widow washer bottle with a mixture of MIXED , 50% dish washing/50% warm water and repeat the process as described in the second paragraph. You may need to do this a few times. When the washing fluid is exhausted, Put the garden hose on the filling point for the washer and flush hard. Lot to do, but it will work. PS Dont forget to put the small pipes back on !!!
yes
Dot4 fluid can be used and mixed with dot3 brake systems. If your brake system calls for dot4 fluid, you can not use dot3 fluid in the system, regardless of being only dot3 or mixed. Dot3 system = either dot3 or dot4 fluid, or a mixture of the two. Dot4 system = only dot4 fluid, and NO dot3 fluid.
a fluid having same composition throughout is calledhomogeneous fluid.
Concentrate Sulfuric Acid is more dangerous as it is a purer substance. Anything which is dilute has been diluted (mixed) with another substance, usually water.
The trans fluid will take on a pink, milky look.
a magnesium salt of the acid, and hydrogen gas - water is already present.
