I'm not sure about Texas, but most states allow tattoos with sign parental consent. Basically, your parents will have to come with you and sign a release stating that they are allowing you to get a tattoo. Of course, there maybe be some tattoo parlors that don't allow this at all due to their store policy. Also, I am sure that you can find some tattoo places that don't even ask your age, but I would think twice before getting a tattoo from one of them

Try south Dallas for 17 year old places. Acording to every website I saw you must be 18 in Texas to ger a tattoo, and according to American Illustrators Tattoos, you are not allowed before you are 18, even with your parents permission, to get a tattoo.
