No food safety person would recommend that lasagna would be safe to eat after it was left out overnight.
Throw it out. I would not recommend eating anything left out overnight that contains ANY form of dairy (this includes the ricotta cheese in the lasagna), meat, eggs, or anything that contains a single ingredient that should be stored in the refrigerator.
Yes, you "can" eat it. It is physically possible to eat it. But the question you SHOULD be asking is, "Is it SAFE to eat lasagne left out of the refrigerator for five hours?". But you didn't ask that question, so I won't answer it.
Lasagna is a potentially hazardous food - it will have a water activity above 0.85 and the pH is undoubtedly above 4.6. Unless you can prove otherwise, it should not be left out overnight and should be considered "bad" if it was left out overnight.
depends I think on the temperature it has been in outside the fridge... not a good idea on a hot day, will warm up and be nice for bacteria!
As long as its not sitting somewhere in which sun light is on it, it will last for at least 24 hours i would not advise eating it after that period of time out side of the refrigerator

My son is currently on Augmentin and we were told that it needs to be refrigerated because if it is left at room temperature for more than 9 hours it loses its potency.
When marinating ribs....they should be left in refrigerator in marinade no longer than 48 hours as a rule.
Rotisserie chicken should not be left out of the refrigerator longer than two hours.
A cheesecake should not be left out of the refrigerator for more than 5 or 6 hours. It will last longer, however, if it is kept out of direct sunlight and is not in very hot conditions.
how long is flu vaccine good for if left out of the refrigerator
Unless where it was left out of the fridge was as cold as the refrigerator, I would not recommend using that meat.
Unless the meat is labeled that it does not require refrigeration, it should not be left out for more than two hours.
Unfortunately, whatever you do to it might not make it safe to eat. Some bacteria produce toxins that are not destroyed by heating. And you don't know if rinsing would get everything.
According to StillTasty.com, it will remain safe for 2 hours out of the refrigerator.
Unless it was freezing cold, pork left out for 5 hours is not safe to eat. Five hours is plenty of time for some nasty bacteria to grow.
Beacause you will poop to much because it is stale
