Yes. Tier 3 is 13 + 6 weeks.
As of 11/8/2009, Michigan has the following Tiers of unemployment periods of payment: Tier I up to 26 weeks unemployment benefits payable, Tier II up to 13 weeks after Tier I expired, Tier III up to 13 weeks after Tiers I and II expired, Tier IV up to 6 weeks after Tiers I through III have expired the EUC (Emergency Unemployment Compensation) program signed 11/9/09 by President Obama. See the Related Link below for more information.
The times for benefits are: Tier I 26 weeks; Tier II 13; Tier III 13; and Tier IV 6 for a total of 58 weeks, potentially. See Related Link below.
Tier I and Tier II bonds are basically the same. Tier I bonds are a banks receipts and stocks. Tier II is limited to only 100 percent of the total amount of Tier I. The Tier II bonds can include other assets besides bank receipts and shares of stock, but cannot exceed Tier I totals.
One opinion:What good is the $25 weekly increase if it only lasts 5-6 more weeks? Many, many, many people thought it would (extend) the actual number of weeks to collect a check, but our President only signed a bill to (extend) the filing date for which one must file for the EUC Tier 1 and 2 levels before December 31, 2009. In his comments about the unemployment, it was mis-communicated by the media, stating that an actual extension will be passed, when it just was a date passed. Go figure, Vote Dem for the first time and get screwed.

Mar 31, 2009 ... Tier II drugs cost us a middle-value co-pay, usually $15 to $50. Tier 3: or Tier III: The more expensive brand name drugs, and usually the ones your insurance company doesn't want you to get a prescription...If they can't negotiate it low enough, it will be placed in Tier III and it will cost us patients more, too
