It is certainly not a good idea to feed a cat Pepperami, for the sole reason that it is a spicy food that will undoubtedly cause severe diarrhoea. Cats should not be fed foods that contain spices or other seasoning, as their stomachs have not evolved to handle such foods and can cause harm to the cat.
Also, Pepperami and other processed foods contain preservatives and other chemicals that can be harmful.
