When we are sleepy or feel drowsy, we yawn because our brain cells lack sufficient amount of oxygen. The deep breath associated with yawning helps us to drawn in more oxygen and supply the much needed oxygen to the tired body organs including the brain
yes because it is a lack of food in their diet
No... you may feel tired from lack of sleep, lack of vitamins, lack of nutrition, anxiety, worrying, stress and sometimes even from doing any form of physical activity.
Commonly, it's because you got lack of sleep or haha being a night owl for many times. Probably you also take any pills that cud make u feel sleepy?
There are many different reasons why you could feel like food gives you no engery. If you still feel hungry after you eat, you may need to eat more, or you could have a parasite that's absorbing all of your nutriets. However, if you feel tired all the time, it could stem from a lack of sleep simply stress or a lack of engery. If the problem persists or becomes severe, then you should see your doctor.
It is a possibility to actually "over sleep" in which case you end up feeling worse than under sleeping. You shouldn't sleep more than ten hours. Food is also a big contributer (or lack thereof rather). If you do not eat a healthy breakfast, you body does not have the fuel it requires which causes you to feel run down, energy-less, unmotivated, and just plain tired. This is do to lack of blood sugar. I myself have this problem sometimes. When you feel really tired and can't stay awake through that meeting or lecture, eat a piece of candy and you'll be surprised how awake you may be.
Junk food can lead to obesity, liver & kidney failure, illnesses, diseases die to the lack of nutrition, over hyped up children that become unfocused, bad moods, grogginess, slow, and last but not least it will make you feel tired by the end of the day
i heard it was lack of oxygen. don't take my word for it though
It is generally not normal to always feel tired, especially if you are a teenager. You should consult a doctor.
your body grows weaker because of the lack of fluids and salts such as potassium and soduim, thefore you grow tired and weak. i know your just doing your home work but seriously:)
