Can you feel your internal organs if you are underweight?

Well, it is kind of difficult for you to feel your own internal organs, even if you are skinny and know what your doing. The fact is, that even if you are of normal weight, a doctor (or anyone with the proper knowledge and skills) may be able to feel (or palpate) some of the organs in the belly. The aortic pulsation is often palpable (and visible) just above the bellybutton. Sometimes the liver edge can be felt just poking out from under the right rib cage and the colon is occasionally palpable in the right and left lower quadrants. The slimmer you are and the more relaxed you can make your belly, the easier it is for someone to feel everything. Generally it is easier to feel the organs in a slim relaxed female. I have examined many bellies and they are all different.I recently examined a slim young woman who weighed 105-110 pounds at 5'5". She was very relaxed and i could feel quite deeply. I was able to feel her colon on both sides all the way up to where it transverses the belly. I barely felt the edge of her liver but was able to feel both kidneys as she made her belly quite soft. The aortic pulsation was very prominent and I was able to feel other squidgy but distinct things as well. A similarly sized patient I examined later, despite having a belly which had less visible muscle tone, did not yield as successful an exam. All I could feel was her aortic palpation and her colon in the right lower quadrant. i think she had a more muscular abdominal wall. Look up abdominal examination on YouTube for video instruction.
