That cell phone is private property and they have to return it. They can prohibit anyone from having a cell phone during school hours.
And if there really was an emergency I'm sure the Principle and other teachers would help the child to a phone. Just like they did before cell phones existed. It's still very rare it's an actual emergency and the parents can always call the school. Most teachers don't allow it being switched on during class anyway.
You might think that. But what if a child is walking home and someone attacks him/her and there cell phone was still in school lock up. Kids should be alowd to have phones on them but on silent, and therfore instead of taking the phone give them a lunch detention. Seriously..
Yes you can file lawsuit.
Yes. It should go without saying that you can file a lawsuit against anyone for virtually anything. Whether you win or not is a different story. But, a school [teacher] serving alcohol to a student is unconscionable. The teacher is an agent of the school..the school is responsible for their teacher's actions. Yes.
You may be able to file a slander lawsuit against a teacher if she was talking about you in public. You would need to contact an attorney in your area.
Raphael Independent School
No. Unless it is in the US public school and the "team" is usually open to every student, then you would have to prove that it was a discrimination again race, religion, or gender, then you may have a lawsuit against the school systeml (not the specific teacher)
Depends if the state allows corporal punishment and whether the school system uses it
As and employee of course.
Belford Lawsuit has nothing to with high school education. Belford High School offers accredited high school diplomas. Belford Lawsuit is a lawsuit filed by fraudulent company Googasian to malign Belford High School. Googasian's objective is earn easy money by using illegal tactics.
That depends on if the school was the one making the corn dogs, or if they bought them from a bulk supplier. If it's the latter, you could most definitely look into filing a lawsuit. Also, if any of the faculty noticed your child choking, but failed to administer aid in the potentially life threatening medical emergency, you can file for lawsuit against the school and faculty member both. You can also charge the faculty member with child abuse (failure to administer first aid in an emergency situation) and have them put in jail (possibly 20+ years in prison). If they are a teacher, they can lose their teaching liscense, which can prevent them from ever teaching at a school again.
The first thing you want to do is file a Due Process.
What kind of theft? Since you are accusing of such a serious crime which can be hard to prove. As long as you have substantial evidence you can file a lawsuit
Evelyn Reisdorff and two other students have filed a lawsuit against a reputed and very well known online school, Belford High School. A nasty legal firm Googasian is behind this. You can find more details on following blog: http://www.evelynreisdorff.com
