I won't say no but I will say it is unlikely. Coins that are no longer minted can be found in pocket change, bank vaults and other such places but as time passes there fewer and fewer of them to be found. The Buffalo nickel was discontinued in 1937, 72 years ago and although some still turn up in change or the bank it is not common anymore.
Well those kinds of buffalo nickels are called dateless buffalo nickels. And if you have one of them, they were made in1913 by the U.S. Mint.

No no no. The last year for buffalo nickels was 1938, and nickels have NEVER been made of gold.

All Buffalo nickels are made from .750 copper & .250 nickel.
There are no known 1932 Buffalo nickels. Mintage of Buffalo nickels ended in 1931 and resumed in 1934.
