Can you fix a small hole on your above-ground swimming pool wall if it's located six inches from the top?
The hole has to be small to fix it this way. Pump the water down below the hole. Cut a piece of vinyl from an old liner or from a beach ball. Smear plastic cement (the kind used for PVC pipes and can be purchased at hardware stores) and glue the plastic to the hole. Let it dry. Fill pool up and see if it holds. Usually it does.
