Yes, i have active warrants and just needed an idenitification card. I took my social security and birth certificate. They will arrest you if you apply for a drivers license, i walked right up to the clerk and was honest w/my situation and he told me exactley what to do.It is against the law to not have proper i.d.
yes because its way to id your self but u cant get a lincense
An individual who has a warrant is still able to apply for a non-driver photo ID card. A state ID card is usually required by every state.
Unless they 'slip-up' when entering you into the state system to verify your ID, then you're out of luck. When they enter your name and DOB, you're going to show up. You should just surrender to the warrant and get it over with. It's going to catch up with you sooner or later anyway, probably when you least expect it and when you can least afford it.
In Alabama, yes. Also, Alabama will not issue any type of ID with an active warrant from any state.
If it is a felony warrant yes they will arrest you
You can always get an ID card, regardless of your status. However, don't be surprised if you get arrested when you apply!

yes definately
Your question is a bit confusing. Obviously, if there is an outstanding warrant for your arrest, you can be arrested. Whether you are trying to get a Florida ID card or not would seem to make very little difference.
Yes
I don't know I can say I have a warrant in Colorado and had my name ran out in Texas and all they told me was I needed to go take care of my warrant in Colorado I didn't get arrested nothing I've also have been able to get my id employment and a apartment so guess if that helps idk
Pay the warrant.
I'd say, almost certainly, yes. If your name doesn't come up in the system while you are there, which it probably will, they will, within a short time, notice it and come to the address you have registered on your card looking for you.
