Sure you can, but is it worth the risk of going to jail? When you apply for a marriage licence you have to state age, sex, and address amounst other things. good way to get caught I'd say.

∙ 9y agoYes you can get married if you have warrants for your arrest in Texas. The law does not prevent you from getting married but you do run the chance of getting picked up if you do not take care of the warrant.
