I don't believe vegetable oil will help rid your face of acne at all. As a suggestion, I use Clearasil Daily Facial Scrub (which you can buy at any pharmacy, without a prescription) and it works wonders for me.
but some toothpaste on your zits over night. I know it sounds weird but the toothpaste is supposed to dry the zit so it can flake off eventually.

∙ 14y agoZit creams made with benzoyl peroxide are the best at clearing up and preventing pimples. You have probably heard of ProActive? ProActive is made with benzoyl peroxide. It is pretty expensive, and it is not available in drug stores (like CVS). But several other brands -- like Clearasil -- make their own benzoyl peroxide zit cream, and it works just as well. Just check the ingredients on the back to make sure you're buying the kind that has benzoyl peroxide, NOT salicylic acid. Salicylic acid does nothing except dry out your skin.
