You mean a cash advance on a credit card, however received. You can. And you can expect to have to answer many Qs about it...and what you did with the money. The court may well decide to not discharge that debt (likely), and if they feel it was done in anticipation of bankrutpcy, it becomes a criminally fraudulant act...which will make your financial situation seem minor!
