Yes, but obviously you may have to do things a little differently and learn techniques that won't aggravate your CTS (carpal tunnel syndrome). It would also depend on how severe of a case of CTS you have. Some people have borderline or mild cases while other have very severe cases, the latter you would not be able to do much massaging without a flare up of your symptoms. After use of hands I would use ice, apply biofreeze cream and take OTC pain relievers, there are also some hand exercises you can do as well
