Yes, it is possible to have a flashback from any psychedelic drug, although flashbacks appear most common with LSD (this may be merely because LSD is the most commonly used psychedelic).
Magic mushrooms come in only 2 real species, neither of which are "lepta" mushrooms.

While you are high, you can become paranoid and start to freak out, especially if you are in a crowded, noisy place. After the high is over, you may experience residual effects ("flashbacks"), but these are usually mild and are not necessarily unpleasant, and they will go away after awhile (you will not experience flashbacks for the rest of your life). The flashbacks tend to occur after you physically exert yourself. For about 3 years after the last time I took mushrooms, I would start to trip again, just a little bit, after I went running. It was a mild effect, though, and really very pleasant and enjoyable.
The duration of Flashbacks of a Fool is 1.9 hours.
A long time (like, a couple of years). In college I took magic mushrooms fairly frequently, and for about two years after I graduated, I was still having flashbacks. However, the only times I ever had flashbacks -- even in the days immediately following a magic mushroom high -- were when I exercised. I dunno, something about exercise brings it back. For about two years afterwards, every time I worked out really hard, I would get flashbacks afterwards. But they were never unpleasant or scary. Magic mushrooms do not literally make you hallucinate: meaning, you won't start seeing stuff that isn't there, or not seeing stuff that is there (unless you eat, like, a gigantic, inhuman amount of them). Rather, everything seems to move and shift and stretch and ripple and pulse. For example, a dirt road might look like a moving river of dirt, or all the flowers on a bush might look like they're rotating in circles. Since you do not literally hallucinate on mushrooms, you also do not literally hallucinate when you are having mushroom flashbacks. Rather, the same effects you got when you were high come back, but to a lesser extent. For example, I remember one time I went for a long, hard run in Central Park in the late summer. This was over a year after the last time I'd taken mushrooms. After running, I walked over a bridge that went over a dirt path. I looked down at the path, and it was moving like a river (which is what I experienced while I was high on mushrooms).

Yes, "A Sound of Thunder" by Ray Bradbury does contain flashbacks. The story incorporates flashbacks to explain the concept of time travel and its potential consequences. The main character, Eckels, experiences flashes of memory from the past as he grapples with the implications of altering history.
