2) Make sure you perform even number of shifts
3) Highest Atomic Mass atom gets higher priority and number them starting from highest atomic mass atom to least atomic mass atom.
4) If both got same atomic mass, look for the atoms next to them and give priority.
5) Don't assign number to Hydrogen
6) Move your eye starting from 1 to 3
7) If your eye rotates in CLOCKWISE direction, it R- Rectus
ANTI CLOCKWISE, it is S- Sinister
