yes you can...just type in r4 cards in Google...however, many of the pages are now closed because these r4 chips are now illegal depending on where you live, and so i am not going to post any links...
you then download the r4 software...when i bought mine i was sent an attatchment by an email of the software i had to download to jailbreak my Nintendo ds lite so that i could play my games that i downloaded...

∙ 12y agoNot jailbreak but you can put illegally downloaded games on it. I don't recommend it though because Nintendo threatened that if you had pirated games on your system and then updated it, the 3DS could hard lock itself and you wouldn't be able to play it.

∙ 12y agoNo, but you can buy a pandora's battery (e-bay) and a magic memory stick (you can make your own) and make your 'custom firmware' and put homebrew games and movies etc on it.

in my opinion the iPod is better cause it has more games and it can store music/videos.And if you jailbreak it you can download cracked games and sync on iPod using iTunes. What are good games to buy for playstation portable?
You could always Jailbreak your PSP and run N64, SNES, GBA, etc. game systems on it. But if you don't want to, I prefer Little Big Planet, God of War series, Daxter, Grand Theft Auto games. There are much more games to list, but I actyally prefer to jailbreak your psp because it can do so much more things such as install apps and emulators to emulate retro games, stated above.
