Yes! You can. I just do the strength section and I do cardio outside.
yes
Of course you can. P90x is popular nowadays. Look into it or just do basic cardio & Strength workouts.
Yes. There definitely is. You could try things such as P90X which is a home program where you can buy discs and you watch them. Another example of that is INSANITY. Which is just like P90X. Trying to get a personal trainer also can help.
Besides what you already mentioned you also use the long stretch bands for certain activities involved in the P90X training.
P90x has a 13 video routine program broken down specifically to see results, from resistance training, cardio, abs, and body weight training. P90x is also used with minimal equipment.
Yes, but it would be wise to do lifting on a different day as p90x or else you will over train your muscles. For example, MON-LIFT TUE-P90X WED-LIFT THU-P90X FRI-LIFT SAT-rest/P90X sun-rest/P90X. Remember, rest is just as important as the workout.
It really depends on what you're looking for. Insanity is pure cardio and plyometrics (Jump Training) and focuses on creating a leaner body. It is easier and I have found that it is known to produce faster but less drastic results. P90x WILL give you a ripped body if you eat less than your BMR (Calories burned by just resting) and really push yourself during the workouts. I myself do I hybrid of the two, replacing the Non-strength workouts of P90x, starting during the first recovery week. I received awesome results but the fact of the matter is, as long as you bring it, either workout will be effective.
There is a variety of cardio training you can do at home. A great source of excercises that can give intensive cardio training can be found on the P90X dvd. The instructor shows you various techniques to intensify your cardio training.
Of course. Being in better shape helps stamina, speed, and strength. You will see massive improvements.
P90X stands for Power 90 Extreme, which is a commercial home exercise program developed by Tony Horton. It is a high-intensity workout program designed to improve strength, endurance, and overall fitness.
P90X if for boys and girls!
