Yes, so long as it is not a wild caught turkey. Must be captive bred. A wild turkey wouldn't make a very good pet anyway. I live in a small town in Indiana, and I know several people who own turkeys on their farms or live out in the country. If you live in town, the keeping of a pet turkey may not go over well with the neighbors!

In Missouri, a person may not keep a lion, tiger, leopard, ocelot, jaguar, cheetah, margay, mountain lion, Canada lynx, bobcat, jaguarundi, hyena, wolf, coyote, or any deadly dangerous, or poisonous reptile unless such person has registered the animal with the local law enforcement agency in the county in which the animal is kept.
If you want to own a Wild Turkey, it requires the owner of the exotic animal to obtain a license or permit or to register the animal with state or local authorities to privately possess the animal (excludes states only requiring import permits).
