Dogs need more than 50 times the recommended dose of Frontline before having a toxic affect. Therefore it is highly unlikely that putting on too much Frontline will kill your dog.
The recommended dosage should be more than adequate to kill the fleas on your dog.
I would not recommend it. I do know you should never put the canine Frontline on a cat. You should use the canine Frontline for the dog according to his weight and the same for a cat, use feline Frontline only. Why mix them?
No. Frontline products should be used on the specified species. This is because one of the main components of Frontline, S-Methoprene is needed in a higher dose in cats. This is because it does not last as long in a cat than in a dog. So, if you used Frontline for dogs on your cat, it may not be as effective. However, this higher dose is still safe to use on a dog - so you could use Frontline for cats on a dog.
Yes, it dries pretty fast. You put it on the skin below the hairline and run it from next to tail.
Get some dog food. Put it in a bowl. Then give it to your dog
NO, but you can use frontline plus for kittens on a ferret
i put frontline on my diabetic cat and she has been puking ever since . can bathing her get that frontline off of her
It would be best to put the dog down. If you let the dog die you would have to be the dog in so much pain. You would be helping the dog if you put it down and you put the dog out of its misery.
Dosage instructions are on the pack. Please see the related link below for more information on this product.
Not that I know of. I put a dog in there for four months and he was OK.
Frontline, Frontline Plus, and Frontline spray are all safe for tick control. One tube of the cat size once a month. With the spray: 2 sprays per pound of ferret (ie a 2 pound ferret gets 4 sprays) (from Ferret Health List)
Frontline plus can be safely used every2-3 weeks if you have a flea problem. make sure that if you are going to bathe your pet you do so either 2 days before or after application. make sure to apply it directly to skin. Frontline will kill all fleas that get on your pet. if you are seeing a lot of fleas still after applying you need to treat environment.
I am guessing you mean how do you kill a dog as fast as possible without it suffering? If so you should take it to your local vet to get it put to sleep.
