Well, no supermarkets are entirely kosher except for a couple, and the only one i know is in Monsey, NY, called Shopper's Haven. But most supermarkets just have a kosher section, like Stop and Shop and Shoprite.
Most of the kosher stores sell kosher marshmallows, such as Elyon, and also in areas with very large Jewish populations there are chain supermarkets that have huge kosher sections, and they will be in that section. But there are no ordinary non-kosher stores, or ordinary supermarkets with only small kosher sections, that sell this. Ordinary marshmallows are all treif, because of the gelatin.

Ordinary Sweet 'n Low is not kosher for Passover, but they make a special run that is. Look for it in kosher supermarkets before the holiday, or ask your local supermarket to order it for you.
This is incorrect. The rules of kashrut for birds are different from those for meat or fish, there are no "rules" as what constitutes a kosher bird, rather there is a list of birds that are not kosher. It is generally accepted wisdom that birds of prey are not kosher, however this too is incorrect, as any bird of prey that does not appear in the list is kosher. The list can be seen in Deutronomy chap. 14, verses 11-20
See the Related Link for a list of their products that have kosher-certification. Being in Israel, I cannot confirm their claim nor dispute it. Sees kosher-certified items
You can look up the kosher list at the link I have attached, but I don't think you can download it from there, unless you download each sub-page separately.
