If you live in the US... Orders of emancipation can be rescinded, and chances are if you move in with this 16 year old, it will be rescinded. And by the way, just because a minor is emancipated does not mean that statutory rape laws (or other laws to that effect) don't apply. So, if you live in a state where she is below the age of sexual consent, in addition to her emancipation being rescinded, you may very well find yourself finding very serious sexual charges that could land you in prison. Stay away from this girl until she turns 18.

Your parents no longer have to take care of you.
