Yeah it is possible to lose a pound a day. There are many ways to do this and im going to tell you them. First okay now i had weight problems for like 3 years and it sucked. Not being able to buy the clothes i wanted to buy and tuff like that. Although i got this thing called acai berry once and it helped me lost up to 50 pounds in just a month and it was so easy. I couldn't basically eat anything i wanted and i still lost weight. All i needed to do was take a 10 minute run and that's about it. Although since it was summer time i would swim alot to. I think i swam around 4 hours a day so that must have helped alot haha although after my pills were gone i had to keep up my work. Although when i started going back to my old habits i gained back 20 pounds. That sucked and i was now at a size 40 in pants. But then i started running a hour on the treadmill each day. And drinking alot of water. Although don't do this but i barely ever eat. Like i eat just a tiny bag of gummy worms and then I'm full for the whole day. So you could try to do that. It takes alot to not eat but you will get used to it if you keep trying. Or you could eat a meal a day that would be better. Or you could just try eating healthy and working out. Don't worry it's possible but trust me it could be a challenge.
