I think that you shoulod be able to when your 17 because your just about grown up anyways i think that teenagers would know what there doing at the age of 17, plus i think that parents shouldn't care as long as their childrens have somewhere to go and they know that their being taken care of.

yes you should be able to move out at 17,you are a grown up,and pretty much know what is going on around you in our world today.the parents should'nt care at all,but they have to have some sercurity that you will be fine,and you have a place to go.reassure them that you will be safe,and well taken care of,and you will call from time to time,to let them know you are all right.

Legally no, as the legal age of majority is 18, with the exception of Alabama and Nebraska 19, Mississippi and Pennsylvania 21.
