Didn't check his answer but Ive been using MAGIC JACK 2 YEARS AND THE BEST WAY IS TO SET UP 2ND ACCOUNT USER NAMED MAGIC JACK ,BEFORE CONNECTING MAGIC JACK.NOW YOUR OTHER PROGRAMS WON''T INTERFERE.DON'T FORGET TO DELETE IT FROM ACCOUNT USER 1 FIRST. I'VE HAD NO PROBLEMS SINCE. AND I ALSO CONNECTED IT TO THE PHONE JACK IN THE WALL SO ALL 6 PHONES IN THE HOUSE WORK.
