I am not sure what you mean by a diagram, because there is only two wires. Do you mean replacement illustrations? Well there is only two bolts. Disconnect the battery, jack up the front end, and put jackstands underneath. Remove the two bolts and remove the two wires. Install the starter, install the two bolts, and install the two wires. The wires will only go on one way, one wire is big, the other is little. Lower the car back down, reconnect the battery, and 30 minutes later you are done.
