Yes, but you would need to cut out the floor tunnel because the transmission would be much bigger. You would need to modify the motor mounts. You would need to get a new wire harness. There are several mods to make. I am currently installing a 2006 5.7 Hemi in a 69 Charger, so I am learning all about it.

the 09 dodge has an okay engine don't get the 10-11 years because the older dodges have the 5.9 liter the new dodges have the 6.7 liter and they don't last as long as the 5.9.
