You can find Suzuki Samurai, motor car at your local Suzuki dealer. You may also find them at used car dealerships, and through private sellers in newspapers.
I recently swap 1996 geo/Chevy tracker engine with a 1996 suzuki engine and it worked. you have to make sure they both have G16A stamped on both engines. you MAY have to swap intake and exhaust manifold, flywheel, alternator bracket, and a few other things. just make sure they are the same engine (G16A)
The g13 long block engine weighs 100 pounds The long block with intake carb etc fully dressed weighs 170 Http://www.sammypro.com
1.6 geo tracker motor or sidekick would work its all the sme
Yes, you will need an adapter kit, which includes the tranny plate, and mounting adapters.
yes, as long as you change all components to that for a Jeep
The order is 1-3-4-2
No. The Prism motor is a Toyota motor and side mounted. The Tracker motor(suzuki) is mounted with the engine from front to back, so it will not work without a lot(I mean a lot) of work to do it.
AnswerThe Samurai is a completely different vehicle. Other than another Tracker you can use a Suzuki Sidekick for parts.you didnt say years.but there are some common parts.and the sidekick has a bigger motor 1.6L and 1.8L and has 16v head on some.the sammi is 1.3l. so that is not going to swap well but many have.many people put 1.6L 16v motors and 2.0L motors in to sammi'smany, i have helped many.not sure of your question at all since you gave no examples.are you trying to swap driveline parts or body parts.?
Remove the dash. It bolted to the firewall directly behind/above the glove box.
