club soda usually has bubbles no matter what you put in there. but when you put the raisins in the club soda, the raisins will dance around because the club soda has carbon. which makes the raisins float or as you say dance.
add CO2 spray in a cup and cold water, than mix it with normal water with baking soda, this will stop the baking soda to composing itself. Or just put both baking soda and water than put it in a very cold area like the freezer of a refrigerator.

Assuming that it has been cleaned. Put in a open container of baking soda this should absorb most of the smells. I( have found believe it or not , Crumpled news print (newspaper) collects odor in a refrigerator. Never heard of it not working.

If you put a bone in soda and you leave it there it will chemically become part of the soda. (It will melt).
