Yes they will fit. Actually a better fit would be P245/70-R15. 255 is a little to large and your speedometer will be off around 5 mph. Your odometer will also be off. The correct size for tires for the 2003 base model Chevy Trailblazer with 17-inch rims is P245/65R17 105S. The correct size for the base Trailblazer with the 16-inch rims is P245/70R16 106S, and the correct size for the 2003 Trailblazer EXT with 17-inch rims is P245/65R17 105S.
P245/60R18 are the size tires needed for a 2002 Isuzu Rodeo. Michelin and Goodyear are great tires for the 2002 Isuzu Rodeo.
I believe it is P245 / 70 / R 16 - check the information sticker on the end of the drivers door for the original tire size that came on the vehicle

Yes it is possible. The difference is the tires you are replacing are bigger than the one you want to put on but not by much.
The 2009 Dodge Dakota comes standard with P245/70R16 size tires on both the front and the rear. The wheels are 16 *8 inches.
