Possibly, yes. Just be sure to carefully check specifications to ensure that you have chosen the correct tire size for your model and wheel size.
However, if you put a really wide tire on a wheel that is too narrow, you are going to cause the tire to crown - which means instead of having that flat racer-style look, it's going to have a rounded balloon look to it. This will give you less traction and uneven wear.
The same applies when going to a narrower tire. If the wheel is too wide, it will pull the sidewalls out too far, giving the tire a wide, stretched look. This is going to give you problems with steering and you also run the risk of having your tire get knocked off the bead whenever you hit something.
Stock only. You will have trouble, otherwise, i.e: tires will be undersized to wider rims!!
Sure
ITP tires are now standard for ATV so they are indeed a great make. Some of their features is the extra rugged material and the deep grooves that are designed for the wear and tear you put on your ATV.
Likely you have the wrong tires on the car. They're too big. I had this problem when I put 30" tires on my S10 pickup, they were bigger and wider than stock. I fixed it by welding a new steering stop in place, because I didn't want to go back to the tiny stock tires.
A 200 will fit, but a 190 will be wider.
It is safe to put 33x12.5r15 tires on 15x8 rims because the rim will still maintain a secure seal. The wider tires provide additional traction and contact with the road.

Yes
The slimmer the better. Stock size works fine
Question is too vague What year and what is the OE size? Do you want wider or taller?
