not really unless to own the house only in your name. you would have to go to court for a judge to change custody. maybe the first spouse doesn't want custoday. what has the boy done?anything illegal and you can make an anonomis phone call to the law. but you better be careful with your spouse finding out you don't wanthis/her child and tells you if you don't like it you can leave. remember; blood is thicker than water
