yes, all you have to do is download it agian. since you already downloaded it once it will always be free.
Sync your iphone, then go to your iTunes and click on your phone. Choose the Applications Tab and scroll down and tick the application that you want to have appear again. Just like adding or deleting a song. Then resync again and it will appear in your iphone.

This is not a solution, only a work-around of an Iphone flaw. To update an app downloaded using an "old" e-mail the app has to be deleted and redone using your current email/Apple ID. Problem is you must pay again to redownload any App which is not free.
