Yes, but you are listed as wanted so you may end up being incarcerated while standing at the counter or while walking back out to the vehicle and/or especially when driving to/from the registration office during a normal traffic stop that can happen for any reason. That's a chance that you take any time that you are out in public after you fail to appear as ordered by a court which I assume is why you are wanted.
