Yes, but bear in mind this is known as an interference engine. There is almost a 100 percent chance the the valves will be bent & possibly further engine damage.
timing belt may have snapped
It will cost you $0.00, due to the fact that a Ford F-150 does not have a timing belt, it has a chain that requires no maintenance.
Simple answer is yes. The water pump is driven by the timing belt. P.S if you are not sure on how to do this job then pay a reputable workshop. You can bend cylinder head valves if you replace the timing belt incorrectly and then you are talking thousands to repair your car! Steve:-)
The water pump runs on the timing belt. You have to take the timing cover off, remove the belt and then remove the water pump. If you reuse the timing belt, mark the belt with a spot of paint at the camshaft and crankshaft so that you can replace it and have the engine in time. If you need to replace the belt, make sure the engine is at top dead center on the timing mark before you remove the belt.
If everything was fine before the new belt was fitted then the most obvious answer is that the timing belt has been fitted incorrectly and the timing is wrong.
On the Peugeot 207 1.6 HDi, the timing belt is recommended to be replaced after 10 years or 100,000 miles.

The belt may be cut off, or the pulleys may be held in place by bolts as the camshaft is turned to align the holes so as not to lose the timing. Then replace the belt by loosening the tension pulley.
Only if the valves come in contact with the pistons,I would replace the belt and check the compression in the cylinders,The engine will miss if there is a bent valve.I have had to replace the timing belt on my wifes car a couple of times with no engine damage after it broke.
Around £130-160 at any reputable garage, as long as the original has not snapped. If it is snapped you could be talking hundreds of pounds on a new cylinder head.
