Not if it came equipped with an airbag from the factory. To do so would be foolish, and only asking for a lawsuit if someone bought the car and then had an accident with injuries. Do not sell this car with a malfunctioning SRS. Even if you could legally sell it, that would be a bad decision on your part. So forget the legalities of it, and think about loosing all you have over the cost of an air bag.
