Bottom of the radiator.
the drain nipple is on the bottom of the radiator on battery`s side.
Most just remove the lower radiator hose, it's quicker,but messier. The actual drain is located at the bottom passenger side of the radiator. There is a screw that is loosened from the bottom that allow the coolant to drain.
The bottom of the radiator is exposed and has a plastic nut that is loosened with a crescent wrench. Once that is loose, the coolant will drain from the center of that nut.

The radiator Petcock is located on the Driverside of the radiator at the bottom, if you remove the splash guard you should be able to see it.
Look on the bottom or rear of the radiator or just remove the lower radiator hose
It's on the passenger side, at the very bottom, in back.
The radiator drain plug is at the passenger side rear of the radiator at the very bottom corner. There are two drain plugs in the block, they are very difficult to get at, and usually not necessary.

The 1991 Pontiac Grand Am radiator drain plug can be found on the bottom of the radiator. The radiator drain plug will be in the center of the radiator bottom.
