You can smoke a cigarette after donating blood. But, I would highly recommend waiting at least an hour afterwards. Some people experience intense dizziness and nausea while smoking immediately after donating

∙ 13y agoThe place I am going to said smoking can raise the blood pressure and they check things like that. She said try to put off smoking for a bit before you donate. It doesnt really affect your blood just your body.

∙ 12y agoI did, it never came up and besides, I lie like a rug when anyone in the medical profession asks about smoking. Had I needed to be tested, there are ways around that as well. Amazing the things we must go through to use a legal products isnt it? Cant wait till they come after the boozers.. lol thats gonna be fun
