i would use peanut oil first, as a sub for walnut, 2nd olive, 3rd corn. 4th vege, 5th canola.
hazelnut oil has a stronger flavour than walnut oil but it ,ight be ok it depends what you're cooking.
Hazelnut, flaxseed or rapeseed oil can all be substitutued. Hazelnut will give the most similar taste though.
