Yes you can, But like any other law suit you have to prove the dealership didn't ask the person using your info for id, I seen a lot of good fake id's in my day, What makes you think the dealership didn't ask for id? you need id to register & insure the car. If you sue the burden of proof is on you, if you can't prove it the case is lost before it even starts.
