Your going to have to be a little more specific. A 95 vs a 92 they are not compatible with each other and would take a lot of modification to use the transmission and engine. I would not recommend doing this. The 90-94's are compatible with each other other than the automatics. The auto DSM's changed from 90 to 91 and from 91- Early 92 to late 92-94.
Do some more research on Google. The is plenty of information out there.
its not that hard but it depends what engine ur puttin in. ANY D-Series engine will drop right in a 92-95
95-3 = 92
The body style was tweaked in 97. Therefore, the front bumper is not just going to swap out. The headlights are more slanted, so it is not going to fit around them the same.
yes. both engines are the 4g63. the turbo engines from the 1990-1994 is a 6 bolt 4g63 and the turbo engine from the 1995-1999 is a 7 bolt 4g63.
Yes it can. I own a 95 eclipse and have put a 97 front bumper on it. It is slightly lower to the ground but fits great! it wont fit my eclipse and its a 95
Yes, they are interchangeable, but if you plan to put a 95 motor in a 92, do not do it. The 7bolt motors experience crankwalk, which is bad. But if you're putting a 92 motor in a 95, go for it! I just finished putting a 91 motor in my 95. It's quite a bit of work, and you have to know what you're doing. There are plenty of guides out there for a 6bolt swap.
95 eclipse has a low idle
where is the speed sensor located on a 95 eclipse 5 speed
It is 89.
Sorry i had to delete your response Hub Yes for hub, he is absolutely correct. However not for a '92 into a '93. The problem is internal. The crankshaft is different in the '91-'92 engines. Because the timing of the fuel and spark is based of the crankshaft position sensor, the '92 in the '93 will NOT run. At all. you need a '93 - '94 engine. Or a '95 - '97 engine with an EGR adapter Correction, you CAN swap the motors as long as you also swap the computers
