Bening Mortrin 800 is an Anti-Inflammatory and Flexeril is a mucle relaxant, I can personnal assure you that you would be alright consuming those inconjunction with one another without issues. As long as you have no Allergies regarding said medications. I have used that combination for years and have never encounter a problem to date.

Yes, ibuprofen is an anti-inflammatory and flexeril is a muscle relaxer. You should not take more than 2400 mg of ibuprofen in twenty four hours. Ibuprofen should be taken in divided doses. For example, 400mg every 6 hours or 800mg every 8 hours. Over the counter Ibuprofen usually comes in 200 mg tablets. Make sure you read the doseage information carefully. -- Improved -- If ibuprofen is prescribed, it can be prescribed at higher dose (up to 3200 mg a day) but you shouldn't take this dosage if it's not recommended by an Health professional

Flexeril (cyclobenzaprine) and Ibuprofen (Motrin, Advil) are commonly given together with little interaction. Flexeril is a skeletal muscle relaxer and Ibuprofen is an anti-inflammatory drug.

There are no known negative interactions between Motrin and Flexeril so it appears safe to say that you can take them both together. However, it might be wise to consult your doctor first.
